USFSP's Neighborhood News BureauThe University of South Florida - St. Petersburg's Neighborhood News Bureau is one of the capstones of the Digital Journalism and Design program. In the NNB Newsroom, students incorporate all of the skills they've honed over their college career and put them to real-world use. Through investigation, interviewing, documenting, researching, recording, editing, and writing, the students of NNB complete in-the-field, community-driven journalism. Since it's inception, NNB students have researched and gathered materials for the Methodist Town Project. This work was supported in full or in part by a grant from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg Internal Research Award Grant Fund.
